A proclamation was introduced today by Councilwoman Miller, Councilman Green, Councilwoman Tasco, and  Councilwoman Brown, to Woman Against Abuse, a non-profit organization that offers shelter, education, legal assistance and advocacy to woman with children by promoting the end of domestic violence.
