SB 1497, a bill that would block DPW’s proposed Medicaid carve-out, received third consideration in the Senate on Monday, June 30 and was passed by a vote of 50 to 0.  It was received in the House on Wednesday, July 2 and referred to the Health and Human Services Committee.

HB 1150 that contained language for the Blues merger oversight, autism and colorectal screening coverage was sent to the Governor’s Desk after the Senate concurred on House amendments on July 2. 

In the House, a bill that amends the Health Care Cost Containment Act, HB 2028, was set on the calendar for Thursday, July 3.

HB 2697 was introduced by Rep Kenney and referred to House Health & Human Services committee on July 2.
