SB 1337, a bill for P&T Committee transparency, was amended in the Senate Public Health and Welfare committee and then reported out of committee. It recieved first consideration and was placed on the Senate calendar Monday, June 23rd.
The reauthorization of the PA Healthcare Cost Containment Council (PHC4), SB 1372 was voted from the Senate Public Health and Welfare Committee as amended on Wed, June 18th. It then recieved first consideration and was put back on the Senate calendar for Monday, June 23rd.
HB 2005, providing for small group health benefits, was set on the House Calendar for Monday, June 23rd.
HB 2509, the false claims act, was amended and reported from the House Rules Committee on Monday, June 16h. Once it got to the floor it was rereferred to the House Appropriations Committee.
HB 1121, which would establish the Office of Consumer Advocate for Health Insurance, was amended and reported from the House Insurance Committee on Tuesday, June 17th. It then recieved first consideration on the House Floor and was rereferred to House Rules the same day.
