Councilwoman Brown did not introduce the bill on Thursday, September 30th 2010 called ”Health Code” by defining ”Supermarkets” and excluding Supermarkets from the definition of Chain Restaurants, which would exempt Supermakets from menu labeling requirements applicable to Chain Restaurants.
