The Supreme Court of the United States has decided this morning to uphold the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or ACA in a 5-4 decision.  Chief Justice Roberts has delivered the majority opinion, and Justice Kennedy has provided the dissenting opinion.

USA Today’s David Jackson has written the most comprehensive article at this time, which can be found here.

Members of Congress will be giving their opinions on the ruling throughout the day, beginning with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

President Obama and Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney are also expected to speak later in the day.

The full text of the ruling can be found here.
