To shed light on the problem of the uninsured in Pennsylvania, an article in today’s Philadelphia Inquirer examines Tioga County, a county the size of Rhode Island that is home to more uninsured people than any other PA county.

The article discusses the situations of both a single small business owner and a family who are uninsured, and then discusses what both the Rendell and Senate Republican proposed health plans would do for them, as well as other uninsured Pennsylvanians.
