Rep. John Yudichak (D-Nanticoke) has again introduced a bill (H.B. 302) that would establish a statewide office dedicated to advancing the rights of Pennsylvania consumers to affordable and quality health care, reports the Times-Leader.
Called the Consumer Advocate for Health Care Insurance Act, the bill currently sits in the House Insurance committee.
