Philadelphia Inquirer columnist Daniel Rubin wrote about AC’s casino smoking ban and it’s impact on the proposed PA smoking ban, writing that “[Casino lobbyists] are selling this moment as an opportunity to give Pennsylvania a competitive edge over New Jersey: Puff ‘n’ play in Pa.”A Conference Committee panel might release their plan tomorrow to compromise on the differences which currently exist in the House and Senate smoking ban bills, reports Charlie Thompson of the Patriot-News. Whatever the bill, it looks like there will be some exemptions.
