Reports the Patriot-News:

“Harrisburg-based PinnacleHealth System is one of the nation’s top 50 hospitals for providing orthopedic care, according to U.S. News and World Report.

Pinnacle, which owns Harrisburg and Community General Osteopathic hospitals, was ranked 42nd. No other hospital in the region was included in the rankings.”

Two other Pennsylvania hospitals ranked on an “honor roll” of 19 hospitals that scored high in many different specialities.  The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania was ranked 10th; and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center was ranked 14th.
