The National Kidney Foundation Serving the Delaware Valley will be holding a free health screening, the Kidney Early Evaluation Program (KEEP), this weekend:
Date: Sunday, November 14th
Time: 9am to 1pm
Location: Bethel AME Church: 419 South 6th St., Philadelphia 19106
KEEP is a screening for those with high blood pressure, diabetes or a close family history of either of these conditions. This free screening includes urinalysis, lab work and a consultation with a physician or nurse practitioner. To register call 215-923-8611.
