Perry Pepper, CEO of the Chester County Hospital and Health system for 33 years, recently announced that he will retire at the end of September. He is famous for wearing bow ties and formed many beneficial relationships with other health systems such as CHOP, UPenn, and the Cleveland Clinic. He also greatly expanded the quality and variety of services the hospital offers.
