The Senate Banking & Insurance Committee has scheduled two more public hearings on the potential merger between Independence Blue Cross and Highmark Inc.:

TODAY (Sept. 23) at 10 a.m. in Hearing Room 1, North Office Building, Harrisburg

and TUESDAY, OCT. 7 at the same time and place as today’s meeting.

***Reminder:  The public comment period on the merger has been extended until OCTOBER 10.***
