HealthNET PA bills are on the move - not suprisingly - in the Senate. SB 442, SB 443, SB 335, and SB 189 all recieved second consideration in the Senate and moved on to Appropriations.
On the House side, a bill to cover patients entered into cancer clinical trials (HB 85) passed the House unanimously and has moved onto the Senate’s Banking and Insurance Committee.
HB 721, to provide prescription drug care redistribution within health care and governmental correctional facilities. will be discussed in a House Health and Human Services Cmte Meeting on Wednesday, March 25.
HB 245, was voted out of the House Aging and Older Adult Services Committee on Thursday.
And finally, HB 56, was amended in the House Aging and Older Adult Services and then approved.
