According to Philly.com, Act 22 may be audited by the Department of Public Welfare after the departure of Gary Alexander this Friday, who made many regulatory changes in welfare programs. Organizations that serve the poor, the elderly, and the disabled have repeatedly called for an audit of the Act 22.
